Alice attributes her passion for all aspects of land use as her motivation toward a career in real estate.  Before becoming a Realtor, Alice had a firm background in law, specializing in real estate transactions, and working as a land use board administrator.  Alice has also been a sales manager for both a local and national builder marketing new communities.  She handled every facet of the sales process from explaining blueprints to customization to closing title.  More recently, she authored a book for hikers, "You Can Get There from Here - Hiking Hunterdon County Trails" -- definitely a fun land use opportunity.

Alice Oldford is a Florida broker associate, a graduate of the Realtor´s Institute and a relocation specialist.  She is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc.

As the mother of 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren, Alice understands the importance of family and community involvement.  She has served as team captain of American Cancer Society Relay for Life teams for the last decade and is a trustee of the Round Valley Youth Center.
